- How to return or exchange an item
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To request RMA number, please log in to your account and click on "RMA" link under my account. if you don't have an account but used guest checkout please click on the following link: RMA Request
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Rules and conditionals
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Items for sale at Groham offered with Free Shipping, when these items are returned, actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund that is due.
Groham reserves the right to require the Purchaser to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America for replacement.
Items from the following categories may not be returned once opened:
Any item which has been removed from its "blister-pack"
Bulbs and flash tubes
DVDs and video tapes
TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger
Other items which may not be returned in any condition:
Refurbished items, Discontinued items, Special Order items
Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
Items not purchased from us.
Batteries, Battery Backups, Power Protection.
Printers once the toner, ink or ribbon cartridges have been installed
All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
- Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
The customer is able to exchange the item or receive a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all the conditions in Rules and conditionals section. If conditions are not met, Groham reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Groham will arrange for return shipping on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged and will pay necessary expenses. You are responsible for return shipping under any other circumstances
Groham is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes and other freight charges due to shipping
